We are seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

The Sr. Graphic Designer will support AutoAnything’s website, email campaigns, print ads, graphic design needs and other related projects within the Marketing Department. The position will be responsible for brand unity and taking the company’s overall design to the next level.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES:

•    Design and Maintenance of e-commerce website
•    Create magazine ads to support the monthly advertising cycle
•    Design and code HTML email marketing campaigns
•    Design and provide final assets for site promotions, web banners, etc.
•    Supervise graphic artists and maintain high standards of finished product
•    Manage branding and corporate identity across multiple disciplines simultaneously
•    Develop additional marketing collateral for print, multimedia and web as needed

ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBLITIES / ACTIVITIES:

•    Provide design support of other in-house departments; ie: sales team, affiliate marketing, search team and others as needed
•    Help QA IT projects, email campaigns, etc, before launch

QUALIFYING JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

•    Required:
o    5+ years experience with web and print design
o    2+ years in an retail or e-commerce design setting
o    Ability to initiate and lead projects
o    Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
o    Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
o    Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and effectively
o    Knowledge of marketing collateral terminology and production
o    Strong organizational skills
o    Strong attention to detail
o    Strong creativity
o    Experience working in an in-house creative environment
•    Preferred
o    XHTML, CSS programming
o    Multimedia Experience
o    Knowledge of best practices in email, and web design disciplines

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (include certifications):

•    Required:
o    BA in graphic design or related field with at least 5 years experience
o    Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite
o    Advanced experience in Dreamweaver
o    Experience in both Mac and PC environments
o    Print media production
•    Preferred:
o    Advanced hand coding of XHMTL and CSS
o    Experience with Multi- Media
o    Management experience
