Our founders have a history with advertising agencies all over the U.S. We cut our teeth on automating and improving the workflow of advertising, marketing, distribution, print production, interactive development, and broadcast production. Because of our peculiar background, we have a knack for solving problems that most applications fall short at.

Founded in 2008, we are bringing that expertise to bear in a suite of applications whose sole purpose is getting things done the Flowz way.

We are well funded and have been operating for 18 months. We need to expand our team. We are looking for a "Jack of All Trades" developer with specific, detailed experienced in the following: - J2EE minus EJB - Spring - Spring MVC - iBatis - MySQL - HTML / CSS / JavaScript - Production Environment: clustered tomcat + *nix + MySQL - Excellent communication If you do not have provable, intricate mastery of these areas, then buzz off. If you are missing one or two, you better be able to learn quick. If you are the type that complains about working on a task that doesn't fit your "job description", then buzz off. You need to have worked on a public facing application in the past 3 years. We will allow exceptions, but only if you offer up a spectacular alternative. The position is contract to hire.
