RISING MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, INC. is seeking a Product Manager to spearhead the strategic branding, development, ongoing maintenance, and continuous enhancement of our SharePoint-based websites, including the company internet and intranet.

This team member will:

· Conceptualize website branding initiatives including the standardization of templates, images, fonts, color palettes, and text layout.

· Define user experience, navigation, and usability for SharePoint sites, pages, and webparts.

· Work with business stakeholders to effectively implement content for products and services as needed.

· Actively participate in requirements gathering sessions; facilitating group sessions with stakeholders to collect needed information; presenting information in such a way that all parties are welcome participants; drive for group consensus in meetings when needed.

· Evaluate alternatives and identify options that work within business and technology constraints.

· Create, configure, and customize company SharePoint sites, pages, and webparts, with the support of internal functional areas where necessary.

· Create checks and follow through with remedy of issues related to SharePoint Sites and users’ requirements.

· Coordinate and develop training for end users.

· Perform usability analysis.

· Ensure the completion of associated documentation.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree required with an emphasis in marketing, communications, or similar preferred; advanced degree preferred.

· 4-6 years business experience, preferably in an website development environment.

· 2 or more years experience managing Microsoft SharePoint and/or other web content.

· 1-2 years experience working with Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 or Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0 sites.

· Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Designer is preferred.

· Experience with website analytics and search engine optimization is preferred.

· Experience managing web content, provisioning, and maintaining portal sites.

· Ability to work effectively with department heads and end users in functional areas in a variety of business disciplines.

· Solid creative, analytical and problem solving skills.

· Ability to identify and establish contact points to share information, promote collaboration, and optimize individual and organizational effectiveness.

· Ability to articulate complex concepts, problems and resolutions effectively using simple, practical language, in both verbal and written forms.

· Must be effective working independently and in groups, able to participate in accomplishing team goals, give and seek specific constructive feedback, and collaborate with other work groups.

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; be able to process information quickly; be able to proactively work to resolve problems by creatively combining information and other resources; be a quick study and prepared to learn and change.

· Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.
